Boca Raton Car Accident victim receives $55,000.00 settlement for shoulder injury

A 63 year old Boca Raton, Florida retiree was injured when the large conversion van he was driving was rear-ended by a Geico policyholder driving a Toyota sedan. Though the external damage to the van was not extensive, the force of the impact was so great that it caused several components of the van’s interior to become damaged.

Geico initially denied the claim and argued that the shoulder injury could not have been the result of this accident due to the fact that our client was rear-ended and not struck from behind.
