Client Purchases A Bicycle That Is Defective
Our client, a middle aged man purchased a brand new bicycle at Target in Hollywood, Florida. The slight puncture of the air tube in conjunction with our client’s weight and pressure as he was using the bike caused the tire to pop suddenly which was the actual cause of our client’s fall.
Our firm filed a bodily injury demand with the insurance company for the tire manufacturer and alleged they were 100% responsible for our client’s injuries based on the expert witness reports. The insurance company originally denied the claim. Our firm them filed a lawsuit against the tire manufacturer.
