Client Struck By Vehicle That Flees The Accident Scene
Our clients, a mid-thirties couple living in Miramar, Florida, were driving along a road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The car in front of them stopped at a stop sign and then proceeded to make a right turn. Our clients then proceeded up to the stop sign so they could stop and go. As they were pulling up to the stop sign, suddenly and without warning the car in front of them put the car in reverse, backed up violently and smashed into the front of their car. The car in front then made a left turn instead of the right turn.
