Motorcycle Accident Case Settles 24 Hours After The Accident For $150,000

Client Is Struck On His Motorcycle

Our client, a current member of the United States Navy, was riding his motorcycle (with his helmet on of course) on Interstate 95 in Miami, Florida. Suddenly and without warning a pickup truck switched lanes and struck our client causing him to lose control and fall off of his motorcycle at speeds in excess of 60 m.p.h. Fortunately our client had on a lot of padded clothing and so he did not sustain heavy road rash. The helmet also protected his head from serious injuries. Hospital Performs Surgery To The Femur

Immediately after the fall, our client was rushed to Jackson Hospital where he was diagnosed with a fractured femur. The hospital performed immediately surgery placing metal pins and rods in our client’s leg. Our client then was prescribed an intense physical therapy regimen.

Dell and Schaefer Negotiate A Claim

With the kinds of injuries sustained by our client, there was no need for our firm to wait until treatment was over to negotiate a settlement.
