Taxi cab automobile accident case settles for $50,000 with only soft tissue injuries

Taxi Cab Strikes Our Client

Our client, a young recent college graduate, was driving to her first job post school. She was stopped at an intersection waiting to turn left, when a taxi heading in the opposite direction lost control and swerved into her lane causing a head on collision. The impact was so great that my client’s air bags deployed and her car was violently thrown in reverse. Her car then struck the car directly behind her. At first the insurance company only offered $20,000. Since the policy limits were $50,000, our firm showed the insurance adjuster the photos from the accident scene showing the carnage and wreckage that ensued as a result of their insured.
