Three Year Old Fractures Arm

Our client, a three year old little girl, was at the daycare center while her parents were at work. The daycare center was not paying attention while the children were playing outside, and our client climbed up onto the monkey bars unattended. Suddenly and without warning, our client fell off the monkey bars and fractured her little arm.
