Bicycle Accident: Our Client was riding his bike when his bike tire got caught in a sewer drain causing the fork of the bike to snap and our client suffering severe injuries. A lawsuit against the Florida Department of Transportation and the bike manufacturer was resolved prior to trial.
Bicycle Accident: Our client was riding his bike when his seat unexpectedly detached from his seat post causing him to fall to the ground and fracture his ankle. We were able to prove that the screw used to secure the seat to the seat post was defective and caused the accident. Prior to trial the lawsuit was resolved.
Bicycle Accident: Our client was 62 years old when he was riding his bicycle on A-1-A and was suddenly struck by a driver in a rental car. Our client sustained a brain injury and numerous fractures. The policy report indicated that our client was at fault for failing to yield the right of way of the driver. Our client had no memory of the accident and there were no eye witnesses. Through our investigation and work with our accident reconstruction expert, we were able to prove that the police report was wrong and that the driver of the rental car was responsible for causing the accident. The insurance company for the driver of the rental car paid their policy limits of $1 million and then we are able to obtain the policy limits of $1.5 million from our client’s underinsured motorist auto insurance policy.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: A little girl was playing with a neighbor’s cat when her face was severely scratched by such cat.

The owner of the horse attempted to argue that the gate was vandalized and he was unaware that the gate was not locked. We were able to prove that the owner failed to lock the gate, which meant that his insurance company was responsible to compensate our client for his severe injuries.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: A dog was wandering the streets and decided to walk in front of an oncoming automobile traffic driven by our client. One automobile swerved to miss the dog and crashed into another automobile. The occupants of both automobiles were severely injured and the owner of the dog was found liable for all damages.
