Defective Tire Accident: A girls soccer team was returning from a tournament when the tread of the left rear wheel separated causing the vehicle to rollover. Three occupants died and several passengers suffered serious injuries. This lawsuit was brought against a tire manufacturer and vehicle manufacturers.
Defective Tire Accident: A 15 passenger church bus was returning from a trip to a convention when the right rear tread separated causing the vehicle to go off the road and roll over several times. We represented numerous passengers against the tire and vehicle manufacturer. Two occupants died in the crash and several were severely injured. This lawsuit was brought against a tire manufacturer and vehicle manufacturers.
Defective Product Injury: Our client was a 12 year boy that reached under a dishwasher when something dropped below it. Our client sliced his hand open and severed nerves in his hand on the bottom edge of the dishwasher. Our attorneys were able to prove that the manufactured failed to properly finish the bottom edge of the dishwasher, which resulted in a dangerous condition. Our client received compensation for his medical bills and pain and suffering.
Defective Product Injury: Our client suffered for many years with a painful degenerative hip. He underwent a hip replacement which required a hip implant manufactured by a well known medical device company. Within two years of the surgery, the hip implant failed and our client was force to have the implant removed and undergo another surgery. Our attorneys were able to prove that the hip implant was defective due to a defective lining. Our client received a substantial amount of money for his pain, suffering and future medical bills.
Cruise Ship Injury: Our client was on a Caribbean Cruise and disembarked at a port on a rainy day. The ramp provided by the cruise line was a shiny metal surface that did not have anti-skid strips and was at an incline which made it extremely slippery when wet. Upon exiting the ship, our client slipped and fell causing her to sustain a severe ankle and femur fracture, requiring surgical repair. The cruise line had a ramp with anti-skip strips, but failed to use it on the day our client was injured.

Car Accident: Jury Verdict in Broward County Florida against Nationwide Insurance Company following auto accident resulting in 2 level cervical fusion neck surgery.
Bicycle Accident: Our client was riding his bicycle on the sidewalk in the opposite direction of traffic. A person leaving a store was pulling out and did not see our client coming from the opposite direction. Our client suffered a fractured wrist requiring surgery. The insurance company for the driver and the police claimed our client was at fault. We were able to prove that the driver was responsible.
Bicycle Accident: Our Client was riding his bike when his bike tire got caught in a sewer drain causing the fork of the bike to snap and our client suffering severe injuries. A lawsuit against the Florida Department of Transportation and the bike manufacturer was resolved prior to trial.
Bicycle Accident: Our client was riding his bike when his seat unexpectedly detached from his seat post causing him to fall to the ground and fracture his ankle. We were able to prove that the screw used to secure the seat to the seat post was defective and caused the accident. Prior to trial the lawsuit was resolved.
Bicycle Accident: Our client was 62 years old when he was riding his bicycle on A-1-A and was suddenly struck by a driver in a rental car. Our client sustained a brain injury and numerous fractures. The policy report indicated that our client was at fault for failing to yield the right of way of the driver. Our client had no memory of the accident and there were no eye witnesses. Through our investigation and work with our accident reconstruction expert, we were able to prove that the police report was wrong and that the driver of the rental car was responsible for causing the accident. The insurance company for the driver of the rental car paid their policy limits of $1 million and then we are able to obtain the policy limits of $1.5 million from our client’s underinsured motorist auto insurance policy.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: A little girl was playing with a neighbor’s cat when her face was severely scratched by such cat.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: Our client was injured when his foot was crushed by a horse. The owner of the horse was found liable for the injuries caused.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: Our client was severely injured and underwent neck surgery after he crashed his vehicle into a horse that escaped due to the horse’s owner failing to lock the pasture gate. The owner of the horse attempted to argue that the gate was vandalized and he was unaware that the gate was not locked. We were able to prove that the owner failed to lock the gate, which meant that his insurance company was responsible to compensate our client for his severe injuries.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: A dog was wandering the streets and decided to walk in front of an oncoming automobile traffic driven by our client. One automobile swerved to miss the dog and crashed into another automobile. The occupants of both automobiles were severely injured and the owner of the dog was found liable for all damages.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: A junk yard dog attacked our client causing severe facial and keloid scarring on her arm. The property owner was liable despite his efforts to deny ownership of the dog.
Animal or Dog Bite Injury: Our client was at someone’s house and tripped over the owner’s dog, resulting in a fractured leg requiring surgery. The dog owner was liable for the injuries suffered by our client.
