Community involvement at Dell & Schaefer is a key component of our business philosophy and ingrained in our corporate culture. Our employees have consistently demonstrated their citizenship by donating their time, talent, and resources to charitable organizations. Many of our employees donate to organizations where they have personal ties, employees support each other in individual fundraising efforts, and some employees are board members of various charitable boards.
