Personal Injury Attorney Daniel Villalobos
Mr. Villalobos was born and raised in Westfield, New Jersey. Mr. Villalobos received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2001 and his law degree from Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida. During his law school career, Mr. Villalobos graduated in the top part of his class and was an ambassador for the Student Bar Association. Mr. Villalobos is fluent in Spanish and English and is licensed to practice law throughout Florida and New York. Mr. Villalobos joined the Personal Injury division of Dell and Schaefer in August 2007. Mr. Villalobos has handled and successfully resolved thousands of personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, dog bites, product liabilities, premises liabilities, boating injuries, and various other injuries caused by the negligence of others. Mr. Villalobos has recovered millions of dollars in personal injury settlements for his clients.
Mr. Villalobos is also a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law at Saint Thomas University teaching all aspects of Constitutional Law to second year law students. Mr. Villalobos volunteers hours every year towards helping those who cannot afford an attorney with free legal representation. Mr. Villalobos is an active member of his local community and has donated to and supported various non-profit organizations that aid and assist with homeless people, underprivileged people, animal abuse, and need based scholarships for students.
