Personal Injury Attorney Jason Macri

Jason Macri is a trial attorney in the Personal Injury division of Dell & Schaefer Chartered. He was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jason received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. Jason solely represents those who have been injured through the fault of another. He handles a diverse caseload and represents clients who have been injured in auto accidents, slip and falls and dog attacks, as well as negligent security, negligent hiring, premises liability and general liability cases. His goal is to ensure that every one of his clients is able to seek justice and gain access to the court system in an effort to preserve and protect their rights.

Jason previously worked as Broward county government attorney from 2003-2008. During that time, he handled thousands of cases on behalf of indigent defendants throughout the county. Jason has had the rare opportunity to participate in more than 60 jury trials and he feels most comfortable in the courtroom fighting for his clients. Jason represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Jason has also been admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States which allows him to appear before our Nation’s highest Court.
